The Dowdy Park Farmer’s Market typically takes place in the spring, summer, and fall each year. Additionally, holiday markets may be held in November and December.  The 2021 Spring/Summer market season will be held every Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM from May 27 to September 9, 2021.

The vendor application period for the 2021 Spring/Summer market season closed April 9, 2021at 5:00 pm.  All vendors will be notified via email regarding the status of their application. Our timeline is to complete approvals and send emails by April 19, 2021.  For more information visit here…

The Downtown Market opens Saturday, May 15th, from 8:00 a.m. until noon. George Washington Creef Park provides a great venue for this community-centered activity, and the market will be held weekly until September 18th. We have a wide range of vendors offering produce, baked goods, prepared foods, arts & crafts, and more. Don’t forget your mask as it will be required to enter the market area, and social distancing will be observed. The Downtown Market is more than the wonderful fresh produce, yummy baked goods, local arts and crafts and other goodies.
