Take Part in the Halloween Fun Here in OBX!

Pack your suitcase full of your favorite costumes, because there is a parade here in Nag’s Head and all are welcome to join! OBXentertainment.com is hosting the second annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes at Kelly’s Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern on Sunday, October 25, 2015. A great activity for the whole family to get involved in, there will be costume contests, live entertainment, trick-or-treating and more.

Head over to Kelly’s at 2 p.m. to register for the costume contest and parade before they begin at 3 p.m. With over $2,500 in prizes, adults and children are welcome to participate. Costume contest categories are as follows:

  • Best Male age 5 and under
  • Best Female age 5 and under
  • Best Male age 6-12
  • Best Female age 6-12
  • Best Male age 13-adult
  • Best Female age 13-adult
  • Best Couple
  • Best Family/Group

Tickets and gift cards for Roanoke Island Festival Park, Wanchese Woods, Outer Banks Brewing Station, OBXjetpak Adventure and more can be won! Stick around after the parade and let the kids take part in the trick-or-treating station while you listen to some live music. The Gallop Funeral “Haunted Hearse” will be in attendance, along with a few surprise guests. Admission is free – as long as you are wearing a costume!
