Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier, then please call us on the day of arrival to see if your room is ready. If your room is not yet ready, we will provide you with a parking spot any time after 12:00 p.m. and we’ll be happy to get you in your room just as soon as it is ready.

Yes, children under 9 stay free. Rates are based on 2 people. Each additional person in the room will be charged $20.00 per person per night regardless of room type.
The hotel has a 7-day cancellation policy and the condos have a 30-day cancellation policy as follows:
To avoid loss of your deposit plus tax, you need to cancel your reservation or change the dates of your stay no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date. Any changes or cancellations to reservations prior to 7 days before arrival is subject to a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit will be nonrefundable. Date changes are not allowed within 7 days of your arrival date. The balance due will be payable at check-in. Refunds will not be given for weather-related cancellations or for early departure.
You must change or cancel your reservation 30 days prior to arrival or 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. If your reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival 100% of your deposit is forfeited.
We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, on all balconies, on the pool deck, or any stairwell. There is a designated smoking area on property.
If it is determined that a guest or anyone in the guest’s party has smoked in a non-smoking area, their room rate will be increased by $250.00 and guest will be asked to leave the property.
Some of our condo units (4, 5, 6a and 6b) are pet-friendly.
We accept properly trained service animals; they must be trained in a unique skill. We do not accept Emotional Support animals except for dogs specifically trained for military personnel with PTSD and the like.
Please alert the front desk you are bringing a service animal at the time of your reservation. An unregistered pet will result in a $250.00 fee.
A delicious breakfast will await you each morning from 8-10 am, featuring our revolving menu which will include items such as egg bowl style omelets filled with delicious vegetables, meats, and cheeses; Breakfast sandwiches, sausage gravy, grits, biscuits, hash browns, and corned beef hash; and waffles, toast, bagels, freshly made muffins, fresh yogurt parfait, cold cereal, tea, coffee, and juice.
Breakfast is complimentary for the first two guests; A $10.00 per day fee will be required for each additional adult. Children under 7 eat for free.

We do not allow minors under 21 to book a room or to stay unaccompanied by an adult.
