Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Early or late check-outs maybe available. Just ask the front desk.
Yes. Hotel room cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Condo cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made after these times and no shows will forfeit the deposit. Weather related cancellations are not refundable. For changes, please call us directly.
For hotel rooms we require a deposit equal to one night at the time of booking. For condos we require a deposit of fifty percent of the total stay. A valid credit card is needed to secure all reservations.
Yes, children under 9 stay free when using existing bedding.
Rates are based on two adults. Each additional guest is $25 per night regardless of room type.
Surf Side Hotel is a smoke free property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violations may result in a $500 cleaning fee.
12.75% occupancy tax applies. We do not charge resort fees.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a hotel room. A government issued photo ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in.
Yes. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm – 8 am to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.
Yes. We have a couple of pet friendly rooms in our condo building. Condo rentals allow up to two dogs under 50 pounds with a nightly fee. Please contact us at booking for details.
Properly trained service animals are always welcome at no charge. Emotional support are not accepted as service animals.
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Yes. We serve complimentary rotating hot breakfast daily from 8 am to 10 am.
Yes. We have both indoor and outdoor pools for guests to enjoy.
Yes. Free parking is included with your stay for one vehicle per room.
Yes. On-site laundry is available for guest use. Detergent is available at the front desk.
